I would like to thank you for your outstanding service I received in regard to my new hearing aids. As I returned from Florida, where I bought the hearing aid, I had a problem with my ear and consulted an ENT in Poughkeepsie. At this time I told the doctor about my hearing aid which did not work and had a poor fitting. The doctor gave me your address and said “see Denis.” So, I went to your office to see you, and have been a patient ever since. When I am ready for next aid, I know exactly where to go.

Just thought I’d drop a line to you and the gang at Community Hearing Services to thank you for your successful efforts, and to tell you how delighted I am to have finally found a hearing device that really does the job. The Phonak aid that I purchased from you a month ago is just great. For the record it has been ten years or so that I have been visiting audiologists’ offices and have been exposed to a variety of hearing aids, but have never been able to find one that could provide the volume support and clarity that my ears seemed to need. It is, now, such a pleasure to be at dinner in a busy restaurant or to be present a community meeting, and be able to follow and be a part of the conversation or the discussion. For this I do thank you and the staff for being able to find a solution that had so long eluded me.
